Normal screen protector - has easy pull tabs to remove the front and rear backings. Slightly wider than the Sansa Fuze screen, so it needs to be cut ~1/4 inch before applying. The height is perfect.

It keeps the screen clean and doesn't fall off. Very reliable. Keeps it from getting scratched, and it isn't cloudy and doesn't affect the clarity of the display, I'm very happy with theses. It also came with a cleaning cloth which is nice.
